Holistic Massage

Massage is perhaps the oldest, simplest and most instinctive of all medical treatments. It is a natural extension of how we hold ourselves and others. Particularly in the East it is accepted as part of their everyday culture but until recently in the West its value was only recognised in the sporting world.
 
Holistic or intuitive massage treats the individual as a whole, not just concentrating on isolated symptoms and conditions.
