Baths

Bathing is a relaxing, therapeutic experience in itself and can
increase the psychological effect of the esential oil. Bathing is one of the
most popular ways to use essential oils. You may simply add between 5 and 10 drops
of a chosen oil to your bath or use a blend of more than one oil. We can supply a
range of our own blended bath oils or blend any mix of essential oils to your
specific requirements |

Massage

Massage is a potent stress-relieving treatment which has been recognised by
many different cultures. For massage, blend 7-10 drops of essential oil in one
tablespoon of carrier oil. We can also offer holistic massage through a qualified masseuse.

Vapourised Oils |
| |
Vapourised oils are a convenient and smoke free way of scening a room. The fragrance
adds atmosphere to the home and certain oils can be used to create a specific mood.
Using an oil burner put a few drops of oil into the bowl with either water or carrier oil.
Alternatively you could place a few drops in a bowl of water on a radiator.
